Tricia Tumlinson is a residential REALTOR® with Kuper Sotheby’s International Real Estate. Tricia prides herself on offering high-touch, relationship driven service regardless of price point. She enjoys coaching her clients through the transaction process while helping them to achieve their financial goals. Prior to relocating to Austin to launch her career in real estate, Tricia was a Senior Account Executive at a high-touch public relations firm in her native New York City where she was responsible for coordinating star-studded events and managing the publicity campaigns for luxury consumer brands and large non-profit organizations. Today, she channels those skills to cultivate an unparalleled experience for her real estate clients. Her designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). She is currently working to obtain the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
Tricia received her B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Though she was born and raised in New York, her family name can be traced back to Alamo defender George W. Tumlinson. She always knew she would one day call Austin home and once relocating to the area she dove into helping the community through volunteerism. In addition to serving as a board member for the Austin Young Chamber Board and as the Chair for Casino Social, Tricia is an active member of the Junior League of Austin, serves on the Advisory Council of Dress for Success Austin, is the New Member Chair of the Young Women’s Alliance and is a graduate of Leadership Austin Emerge (Best Class Ever) 2018. When not working or volunteering, Tricia enjoys sweating it out at OrangeTheory, chowing down at new Austin restaurants and snuggling with her dogs.
