Naji H. Kelley is the founder & CEO of BLNDED Media, a leading platform for the voices of diverse and underrepresented founders, working toward providing a voice for underrepresented entrepreneurs in tech and highlight organizations that support diversity, in order to build a more inclusive startup ecosystem.

Naji has a background in Information Technology, having worked in the private sector in his hometown of Cleveland, OH, operations and marketing skills working for a number of startups in Austin, TX and logistical experience, actively serving in the U.S. Navy Reserves. Naji’s passionate about building community and creating opportunities for those typically left out of the conversation and lacking a seat at the economic table.
